StoneCall Terms of Service
Effective Date: November 26, 2025
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the StoneCall voice call service (hereinafter "Service") provided by Team Milestone General Partnership (hereinafter "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" refers to the in-app voice call service provided by the Company.
- "User" refers to a person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
- "StoneCall Number" refers to a unique number assigned to identify users within the Service.
- "App" refers to the StoneCall mobile application installed to use the Service.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
- These Terms are effective for all users who wish to use the Service.
- The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws.
- When the Terms are amended, the Company will announce the changes in the App at least 7 days before the effective date.
- Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue use of the Service and withdraw.
Article 4 (Content of Service)
- The services provided by the Company are as follows:
- Voice call service between StoneCall users
- StoneCall number assignment and management
- Other services developed or provided through partnerships by the Company
- This Service only allows calls between StoneCall app users and is not connected to the public switched telephone network (PSTN).
Article 5 (Service Use)
- Users may use the Service by installing the App and agreeing to these Terms.
- Location access permission may be required for Service use, which is used for region-based number assignment.
- Microphone access permission is required for Service use.
Article 6 (User Obligations)
Users shall not engage in the following activities:
- Stealing others' information or registering false information
- Making calls for illegal purposes using the Service
- Interfering with Service operation or compromising its stability
- Causing discomfort to or harassing other users
- Using the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
- Other activities that violate relevant laws
Article 7 (Suspension of Service Provision)
- The Company may suspend Service provision in the following cases:
- Unavoidable circumstances due to maintenance of Service facilities
- Force majeure such as natural disasters or national emergencies
- When common carrier services as defined in the Telecommunications Business Act are suspended
- The Company will provide advance notice of Service suspension, or post-notice if unavoidable.
Article 8 (Termination of Service Agreement)
- Users may terminate the service agreement at any time by deleting the App or withdrawing membership.
- The Company may terminate the service agreement without prior notice if a user violates the obligations in Article 6.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
- The Company is exempt from liability when Service cannot be provided due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or suspension of common carrier services.
- The Company is not responsible for Service disruptions caused by user negligence.
- The Company is not responsible for damages arising from information obtained by users through the Service.
- The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes between users or between users and third parties arising through the Service, and is not liable for damages therefrom.
Article 10 (Call Quality)
- As the Service is provided over the internet, call quality may vary depending on network conditions.
- Calls may be disconnected or quality may deteriorate when Wi-Fi or mobile data connection is unstable.
Article 11 (External Service Integration)
- The Company may integrate with external services to provide better services to users.
- When using external services, the terms of service and privacy policy of those services may apply.
- When providing personal information due to external service integration, we will provide separate notice and obtain consent.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- Korean law shall apply to the interpretation of these Terms and disputes between the Company and users.
- Lawsuits regarding disputes arising from Service use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms are effective from November 26, 2025.
