Take one photo, the data goes straight into the sheet.
Take a single photo with the shipping label and the scale LCD in the same frame, and the tracking number, weight and box code (AMK) are recorded automatically into the assigned row of a Google Sheet. 1.1 seconds per item.
Place the box on the CAS electronic scale and take a photo with both the label and the LCD in the frame.
The photo is saved to a sync folder and the 4-stage pipeline runs automatically.
Results are written into the predefined Google Sheet row. Ambiguous items are confirmed in one click via the validation web UI.
Automatic tracking number extraction
Decodes 1D barcodes such as Code128/Code39 from the main label position at the top of the photo.
Automatic weight recognition
A CNN reads 7-segment digits on the CAS scale LCD reliably even under fluorescent reflection or double exposure.
Box code (AMK) OCR
Rotation-corrects upside-down labels and extracts AMK / mailbox codes with a regex post-processor.
Google Sheets recording
Recognized results are written into the designated columns instantly — no copy-paste required.
Validation web UI
Only ambiguous items surface for one-click correction; changes propagate to the sheet immediately.

A single-screen industrial app that runs on one Android phone and one USB thermal printer. Hold the camera over a shipping label and a 4-digit identifier is printed immediately — no taps required.
Connect the Android phone to the Xprinter XP-DT427B via USB-C and launch the app.
Center the shipping label in the camera view — barcode recognition is automatic.
A 4-digit identifier with date and year is printed on an 80×50mm thermal label automatically.
